Controller
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is schnaq GmbH, c/o TechHub.K67, Kasernenstraße 67, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany, email: info@schnaq.com, phone: +49 156 78354553.
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Scaleway SAS, 8 rue de la Ville l’Évêque, 75008 Paris, France. Processing takes place in data centres within the European Union; a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with Scaleway.
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes connection data (IP address, time of access, file requested, volume of data transferred, user agent). This data is technically necessary in order to deliver and secure the service and is deleted after a short period. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).
Audience measurement
To measure how this website is used we employ — where it is enabled — PostHog in its EU Cloud variant (data held within the European Union). The measurement works without cookies and without persistent identifiers: no information is stored on your device and no cross-device profiles are created. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving what we offer).
Since no cookies are set and no information is stored on your device, consent under § 25 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) is not required.
Booking a call
To arrange calls we link to an external booking form provided by Google (Google Calendar, provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data reaches Google only once you follow the link; from that point on Google’s privacy policy applies. The link itself transfers no data to Google from this website.
Waiting list and email notifications
If you sign up for early access, we process the email address you provide in order to send you messages about the launch and the development of Konduit. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give expressly in the form by ticking the box.
Signing up follows the double opt-in procedure: after submitting the form you receive an email containing a confirmation link. Your address is added to the recipient list only once you follow that link. Without confirmation it is not stored.
For sending the emails and managing the recipient list we use Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany; part of a French group of companies). Processing takes place in data centres within the European Union; a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with Brevo.
As evidence of consent, Brevo stores — alongside the email address — the time of the sign-up and of the confirmation as well as the IP address from which the confirmation was made. Emails we send may contain open and click measurement, from which we infer which topics are being read.
You may withdraw your consent at any time: through the unsubscribe link at the end of every email, or by sending a message to info@schnaq.com. We then delete your address from the recipient list. Withdrawal takes effect for the future; the lawfulness of processing carried out until then remains unaffected.
